About Coaching
Life Coaching is a process which provides a structure, systems and support to assist people achieve what they want in life, career or business whether it be dreams or goals you have for how you want things to be.
In our one-on-one relationship the time we spend together will be completely focused on you, I have no agenda other than help you to realise and draw out your personal and professional potential in the coaching space we will establish together.
We will draw out your vision for your life, pinpoint your goals, create action plans and you will take action. We will explore your personal strengths and identify and create a work-around for any obstacles. We will identify the right tools and strategies that will enable you to implement your action plans and achieve your goals. I will be here to listen, guide, support and hold your hand throughout our relationship. I will be there on the sidelines cheering you on, be there to celebrate successes and be your sounding board when things don't go quite according to plan.
I will totally and unwaveringly believe in you and your ability to choose and take a course of action to move towards your desired vision for your life. Life is too short to be stressed or to work in a job you don't love or to have a dream you yearn for without doing anything about it. My skill is in knowing the right questions to ask and in giving you the right tools and strategies you need to empower you to find the answers to all of your questions.

I an an expert coach and have backed this up with ta degree in psychology which has given me great insight into human thoughts, feeling and behaviour along with a tool-box full of counselling and psychological tools and theories to apply in various scenarios.
